MBR is currently seeking to fill the following position:
Implementation specialist
Role Summary: Responsible for assisting implementation of newly integrated clinics and/or start up clinics as it relates to organizational structure, client relations, technology, and human resource management.
Essential Accountabilities:
1. Assists with aspects of integration for newly acquired clinics with the goal of a seamless transition for all providers and staff.
2. Works closely with implementation team, HR and IS to identify potential problem areas during transition phase. If negative trends are identified, work to develop and implement strategies to reverse these trends.
3. Key member of the implementation team to assist in developing training strategies and protocols to be used in training both providers and clinic staff before, during and after an integration.
Required Education: A minimum of a BA degree in Business Administration or related field. A minimum of four (4) years of medical practice operational management experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Required Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of medical practice site experience.
Preferred Experience: Candidate will preferably have experience working in a large, multi-setting healthcare network with previous EMR knowledge. Previous clinic start up and/or clinic integration experience preferred. Existing knowledge of project management tools such as Easy Projects, Microsoft project, etc. very useful. Requires exceptional organization, time management and multi tasking skills. Must be able to work autonomously. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to effectively and confidently communicate with highly educated individuals.
